User Operation Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily user operations and handle administrative activities efficiently.

• Assist in maintaining comprehensive user-related records, reports, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of user operation processes.

• Monitor and follow up on operational tasks, ensuring timely completion and precise record keeping.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to user operations.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

• Provide general operational and administrative support to the team as needed.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and actively contribute to achieving business objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.

• Available for a full-time internship commitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
